How to renew or extend an IMG travel policy

To start, IMG will email you before the expiration date of your policy to see if you want to renew, and to provide you with up-to-date instructions. Here is an example email, click the link IMG provides to continue to your renewal options.

If your renewal date has already passed, they will have sent you an expiration notice. You will most likely have to purchase a new policy.

If you want to make sure you don't miss the renewal date, here is the link to extend your policy before the renewal email is sent.

Y****ou will need your Certificate number. This can be found on your welcome email; here is an example certificate number.

You will also need your birth date, or the starting date of the policy.

If your policy is found, it should look like this, hit continue and follow through the options to complete the purchase.
