In order to transfer your IMG policy to a new broker you will need to draft a letter to IMG requesting the transfer be made. You will need a few things to complete the process.
1. Broker Name
2. Broker Agent Code
3. Broker Email Address
4. Policy Number
5. Name of Primary Insured
6. Policy Renewal Information
If you need help acquiring this information you can reach out to your broker, or the support team at claims@expatinsurance.com.Once you have all of this information feel free to reach out to claims@expatinsurance.com to start the process.
Do note that if you transfer out of the Expat Insurance agency, we will no longer be able to continue support for any ongoing claims issues or other general support, and you are only eligible for a broker transfer on the policy renewal date.
